I believe these are the plans for the actual green egg table that is sold in stores.
This should be a good starting point. Time to take a trip to the local lumber yard and see what prices we are faced with.

Went to Peach State Lumber Products over in Kennesaw. Great folks and tons of great looking woods to choose from. Unfortunately my budget is small and to build a table based on the design, it would cost upwards of $350 worth of cypress. That's only a saving of $100 and does not include the man hours that would need to be put into the project. My time is worth too much to go this route. Me thinks pine is the way to go. I'll just have to weather proof the hell out of it.
